What is your minimum order quantity? Do you accept small trial orders?
Our standard minimum order quantity is typically 500 pieces per item, while some product categories can start from 100 pieces. We also support small trial orders for selected products. A sample surcharge may apply, which can usually be deducted from a future bulk order. For mixed orders above a certain volume, additional handling fees may be waived.
What payment methods do you accept?
We commonly accept T/T payment, usually with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. For larger orders, we can also discuss L/C arrangements. PayPal may be accepted for small-value sample orders. To ensure transaction security, we provide formal documentation such as a Proforma Invoice, company registration details, and supporting export information when required.
What is the usual lead time? Do you support urgent orders?
Standard production lead time is generally 25–35 days after sample confirmation, depending on product type and order quantity. For urgent projects, we may offer expedited production subject to schedule availability and additional cost. Partial shipments can also be arranged for certain orders if needed.
How do you ensure product quality?
We follow a structured quality control process, including raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final inspection before shipment. Our quality management procedures are designed to ensure stable performance and consistency. If any verified quality issue occurs, we will work with the customer on an appropriate solution, such as replacement, replenishment, or compensation based on the actual situation.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. For OEM projects, customers may provide their own drawings, specifications, or branding requirements. For ODM projects, we can assist with product development and solution design based on application needs. We also support confidentiality arrangements such as NDA agreements when required.
Do your products comply with international certifications?
Our products can be supplied in accordance with relevant international standards depending on the product category and target market. Common certifications and compliance documents may include ISO, CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, or other requested reports where applicable. If special certification is required, we can discuss the process based on your project requirements.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support multiple shipping options, including sea freight, air freight, express delivery, and in some cases rail transport, depending on destination and cargo requirements. We can provide shipping suggestions based on cost and delivery time, and we are also able to cooperate with customer-designated forwarders if needed.
Can you help with customs duties and import taxes?
We can provide the necessary export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin where applicable. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance costs depend on the destination country and product HS code. If needed, we can also discuss DDP or DDU shipping options for certain markets.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples can be provided for product evaluation. Sample charges and freight arrangements depend on the product type and whether customization is required. In many cases, the sample cost can be deducted from a future mass order. For custom samples, the preparation time will depend on the complexity of the request.
How do you handle exchange rate fluctuations?
Quotations are usually valid for a limited period, and final pricing may depend on the exchange rate at the time of order confirmation. For large projects, we can discuss phased payment arrangements or other practical solutions to reduce exchange-rate risk where appropriate.
