Common Questions
Can you help if I do not know which model I need?
Yes. Tell us the material, the working width and the problem you are seeing, and we will work from that. If it helps to read first, ESD Control Products explains how bars, blowers and rods differ, and What Is an Ionizing Bar? covers working distance and ion balance.
Can the equipment be configured for my production line?
Bar length is made to order from 300 mm to 3 m, and cleaning machines are built around the substrate, width and thickness you work with. Mounting position, working distance and machine-control signals are part of that discussion. Which options apply depends on the model — see static eliminators and cleaning machines, and send us your line details so we can confirm what fits.
What information should I include in your inquiry?
Product name or category, the substrate and its width and thickness, line speed, the space you have for mounting, and the environment the equipment runs in. If you have drawings or photos of the installation, email them to dgsdk2013@gmail.com — this form does not take attachments.
