Industry Applications
Application Scenarios
OEM Equipment Component Supply
Equipment manufacturers that design their own machinery but outsource precision component fabrication use our CNC milling and turning service as their machining partner. We produce components to their engineering drawings in the required materials and surface finishes, from prototype through to production volume, with consistent quality and on-time delivery that supports their equipment manufacturing schedules.
Automation and Robotics Components
Automation systems require precision components — brackets, adapters, housings, plates, and fixtures — that are not available as standard catalogue parts. Custom CNC machining produces these components to the exact specifications required by the automation design, in materials chosen for the specific load, temperature, and environmental conditions of the application.
Replacement and Repair Parts for Industrial Equipment
When industrial machinery components wear out or break, and the original manufacturer no longer supplies the part, custom CNC machining produces exact replacement parts from the original drawing or from a worn sample. This avoids the costly alternative of replacing the entire assembly when only one precision component has failed.
Our CNC Machining Service: What to Expect
We produce custom precision parts in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics using CNC milling and turning. Send us your 2D drawing or 3D model file, specify the material, tolerance, surface finish, and quantity, and we provide a quotation with confirmed lead time. We support prototype through mass production volumes. All parts are dimensionally inspected before shipment. Contact us or use the Get a Quote button to start your inquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
What machining processes do you offer?
We offer CNC milling, CNC turning (lathe machining), and combined milling/turning operations. This covers the majority of precision component geometries required for industrial, automation, and OEM equipment applications.
What materials can you machine?
We machine aluminum alloys (6061, 6063, 7075), carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316), brass, copper, and engineering plastics. Material selection is based on your drawing specification and application requirements.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Standard CNC machining tolerances are ±0.05mm for general features. Tighter tolerances (±0.01mm or better) are achievable for critical dimensions with appropriate fixturing and inspection. Specify your tolerance requirements in the drawing or contact us to discuss your application.
Do you support both prototypes and mass production?
Yes. We support single prototype pieces through to mass production volumes. Prototype runs allow dimensional verification and assembly fit checks before committing to full production. Pricing adjusts with quantity — request a quotation with your required quantities.
Can you machine parts from a sample if I don't have a drawing?
Yes. We offer reverse engineering services — we measure an existing part and create a drawing for your review before machining. This is common for replacement parts where the original drawing is no longer available.
What quality inspection do you perform before shipment?
All precision machined parts are dimensionally inspected before shipment using calibrated measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and CMM for complex geometries. Inspection reports are available on request.
