Precision Machined Parts

High-precision machined components for industrial equipment, automation systems, custom assemblies, brackets, shafts, fixing plates and OEM manufacturing applications.

About DGSDK Precision Machined Parts

DGSDK manufactures precision machined components using CNC milling, CNC turning, and lathe machining processes. We produce parts to tight dimensional tolerances. These parts go into industrial automation equipment, cleaning machine frames, roller assembly systems, and guide rail mechanisms.

We serve electronics manufacturing and precision engineering applications. We supply both standard catalog components and fully custom-machined parts produced to customer drawings. Materials include aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel. We inspect all components to verify dimensional accuracy before delivery.

CNC Machining Processes

DGSDK uses CNC milling and CNC turning as the primary manufacturing processes for precision parts. CNC milling uses carbide cutting tools to produce flat surfaces, pockets, holes, and complex profiles. Common milled parts include brackets, connection blocks, and mounting plates.

CNC turning produces cylindrical parts. These include shaft-end fixing components and bearing retainer rings. Our machining centers hold tight tolerances consistently across production runs.

We verify dimensional accuracy using calibrated measuring equipment before parts are released. This ensures that every component fits correctly when assembled into the target machine or system.

Materials for Precision Machined Parts

We machine parts from a range of industrial materials depending on the application requirements:

  • Aluminum alloy — lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Used for brackets, panels, and structural components where weight matters.
  • Carbon steel — high strength for load-bearing components and structural connectors in heavy industrial equipment.
  • Stainless steel — corrosion and chemical resistance for cleanroom and food-adjacent production environments.

Material selection depends on the operating environment, load requirements, and surface finish specification. Contact us to discuss material options for your application.

Custom Precision Machined Parts

Most of our precision machined parts are produced to customer drawings or CAD files. We manufacture custom precision machined parts for OEM equipment manufacturers, automation system integrators, and prototype developers.

Customers provide 2D drawings or 3D models. We return finished, inspected parts ready for assembly.

We also manufacture catalog parts. These include precision bearing brackets, shaft-end fixing components, and wing connection blocks used in cleaning machines and automation equipment.

Common Applications

  • Bearing brackets and shaft-end fixing components for automated equipment
  • Guide rail fixing plates and inner mounting components for roll-to-roll systems
  • Wing connection blocks and structural connectors for machine frames
  • Front panels and rubber roller assembly supports for cleaning machines
  • OEM and prototype components machined from customer drawings

CNC Machining Tolerances and Quality

Precision machined parts require consistent dimensional control across every piece in a production run. DGSDK holds standard tolerances of ±0.05mm for general features. We achieve this using calibrated CNC machining centers. Tighter tolerances of ±0.01mm are available for critical fits where assembly clearance is specified.

State tolerance requirements on the drawing, or discuss them before production begins.

Every batch of precision machined parts goes through dimensional inspection before shipment. We use calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring instruments to verify critical dimensions. This step confirms that parts meet the specified tolerances. It reduces the risk of assembly failures at the customer's site.

Machined Parts for Cleaning Machines and Automation Equipment

Many of our precision machined parts go directly into cleaning machines and automation equipment. Cleaning machine frames use aluminum brackets, connection blocks, and fixing plates. Roller assembly systems need machined front panels and mounting components. Guide rail systems use inner fixing plates and retainer components.

These parts must fit precisely to work correctly. Our machining tolerances match the requirements of these assembly systems. We understand the assembly context because we build this type of equipment ourselves. This means our machined parts are designed with real production requirements in mind.

We supply machined parts for both DGSDK equipment and third-party equipment. Send us your drawings and we will confirm whether we can produce the parts to your specifications.

Precision Machined Parts for Assembly Systems

Assembly systems use many types of precision machined parts. Each part must be dimensionally correct. Even small errors in a bracket, fixing plate, or shaft component can cause alignment problems in the assembled machine.

DGSDK produces parts for roller assembly systems, guide rail systems, and frame structures. We match tolerances to the specific requirements of each assembly. Where clearances are critical, we tighten our inspection criteria. Where standard fits are acceptable, we work to standard tolerances to keep costs practical.

Send your assembly drawings for a review. We will identify the key tolerance requirements and confirm our capability to produce the parts.

Choosing Between CNC Milling and CNC Turning

CNC milling and CNC turning serve different part geometries.

CNC milling is the right process for prismatic parts. These are flat-faced components with pockets, slots, holes, and complex contoured profiles. Brackets, mounting plates, connection blocks, and panels are typical milled parts.

CNC turning is used for cylindrical parts. These include shafts, rings, bushings, and threaded components where the cross-section is round.

Many precision machined parts require both processes. Turned features such as bores and diameters combine with milled flats or bolt patterns on the same part. DGSDK handles combined milling and turning, coordinating the full manufacturing sequence through our machining center.
